Project Leader - Large Capex Expert

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project leader to oversee large-scale capex projects. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in leading organizations or similar engineering and construction firms, handling end-to-end project execution, planning, and design activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project execution for large-scale capex projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  • Drive planning and scheduling of project activities using relevant tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project lifecycle management.
  • Oversee design coordination, technical reviews, and engineering approvals.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and consultants, for seamless project integration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, health, safety, and quality requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8-15 years in EPC, project execution, planning, and design for large capex projects.
  • Exposure to working with global engineering consultants is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools, risk mitigation, and cost control strategies.
