BIM Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of work experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large scale projects.

  • Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the projects.
  • Develop/update, implement and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols and standards within the project Team.
  • Analyse and implement BIM Execution Plans for BIM deliverables.
  • Document and communicate best practices and workflows.
  • Provide technical support and liaison with BIM Specialists and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining BIM protocols and Execution Plans, and will have expertise in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools. They will also be responsible for managing multidisciplinary models, leading and managing a team of CAD/Revit Modelers, and ensuring quality control of all shop drawings produced.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication and presentation skills, ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems, and be self-motivated and able to take responsibilities.

Key Competencies / Skills:
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in design, drafting and BIM management on large scale projects.
  • Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools.
  • Experience on using Navis for Coordination.
  • Technical knowledge of MEP services.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
