Job Description\Helpers to deliver high-quality structural engineering and BIM projects. We seek a highly skilled Structural Team Lead to oversee our structural projects, guiding engineers and modelers, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring timely delivery of quality work products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage structural engineering & BIM team on multiple projects.\
  • Review and guide development of structural drawings, models, and construction documentation.\
  • Coordinate with architectural, MEP, and construction teams for project integration.\
  • Ensure compliance with industry codes, project specifications, and BIM execution plans.\
  • Perform design checks, clash detection, and model validation.\
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and BIM modelers.\
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and ensure on-time delivery.\
  • Support in preparing technical reports, calculations, and documentation for approvals.\
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering.\
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in structural engineering and BIM/construction projects.\
  • Strong knowledge of structural design principles, building codes, and standards.\
  • Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, Tekla, AutoCAD) and structural analysis tools (ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE).\
  • Experience in managing a team and delivering coordinated BIM models.\
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.\
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
