Structural Engineering Leadership Opportunities

This is a leadership role that requires strategic direction and technical guidance to the structural team. The successful candidate will lead, mentor and manage junior engineers, coordinating with external consultants and peer reviewers.

About the Role
  • To lead and review the development of structural designs for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis using software tools.
  • Validate design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards.
  • Optimize structural systems and materials.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders on structural matters.
  • Participate in design charrettes, pre-construction meetings, and construction progress meetings.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management through appointed consultants.
Requirements
  • A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, and significant experience leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with software tools like ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, RCDC.
