BIM Project Manager

The ideal candidate will lead multiple BIM projects simultaneously, leveraging their extensive experience in project management, client engagement, business development, budget oversight, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution:
    • Manage multiple BIM projects concurrently, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and workflows to optimize project delivery.
    • Guide project teams in adhering to established BIM standards and methodologies.
    • Proactively identify and address project-related challenges and issues, including QA/QC and Clash Co-ordination.
  • Client Relations:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and communicating effectively.
    • Attend client meetings to understand project requirements, provide updates on progress, and address concerns or inquiries.
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure project deliverables meet their expectations.
  • Business Growth:
    • Participate in business meetings to contribute to the growth and expansion of BIM services.
    • Utilize industry expertise to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and showcase advanced BIM capabilities.
    • Collaborate with the business development team to secure new projects.
  • Financial Management:
    • Exercise meticulous oversight of project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to maintain financial viability.
    • Implement cost-effective strategies without compromising project quality or client satisfaction.
    • Maintain rigorous control over project timelines, taking prompt corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
  • Industry Best Practices:
    • Establish and enforce industry-leading best practices in BIM project management, ensuring adherence to relevant industry standards.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the BIM team.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BIM technology and methodologies, incorporating them into project workflows.
