Data Science Lead

As a seasoned expert in advanced AI and machine learning, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of cutting-edge models. Your deep technical expertise in traditional ML, data science, and deep learning will be invaluable to our organization.

In this role, you will combine your skills in model fine-tuning, architecture understanding, and research integration to deliver robust production solutions across multiple domains, including NLP, Vision, and Audio.

You will work closely with data engineers, AI solutions engineers, software developers, and business leaders to align technical decisions with strategic business outcomes. Additionally, you will guide junior engineers and promote high engineering standards, best practices, and continuous learning within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize advanced machine learning and deep learning models for production-grade solutions.
  • Stay current with state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning research, translating complex theoretical knowledge into practical business applications.
  • Lead the development of sophisticated deployment strategies and robust monitoring frameworks, ensuring continuous performance evaluation and iterative improvement.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with strategic business outcomes.
  • Guide junior engineers and promote high engineering standards, best practices, and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements:
  • Background in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Deep understanding of traditional machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and advanced data science concepts.
  • Proven ability to implement and fine-tune complex neural network architectures, including transformer-based models, CNNs, and RNNs.
