Job Description

Senior Technical Quality Assurance Manager – High Fashion

This senior-level role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and product quality in a fast-paced high fashion environment.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, strategic development, and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive quality management strategies aligned with company goals and industry standards.
  • Establishing and maintaining quality standards specific to high fashion products, including fabrics, trims, and finishing details.
  • Overseeing technical inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products, and developing inspection protocols and testing procedures.
  • Collaborating with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality specifications are met, and conducting supplier audits and evaluations.
  • Providing technical feedback on feasibility, quality risks, and improvements during the sample development phase.
  • Maintaining detailed records of quality inspections, test results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
  • Preparing reports for senior management on quality metrics, issues, and improvement progress.
