About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Professional to join our operations team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial transactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and audit financial transactions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify process deviations and data quality issues across various workflows.
  • Perform root cause analysis on recurring errors or customer complaints.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update quality checklists and SOPs.
  • Track and report quality metrics (e.g., error rates, rework volumes, turnaround times).
  • Support internal audits by providing documentation and process evidence.
  • Conduct training sessions for teams on quality standards and best practices.
  • Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial transactions (order entry, billing, collections, cash application).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify patterns, root causes, and trends in quality issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reviewing transactions and identifying process deviations.
  • ERP Proficiency: Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for transaction tracking and validation.
  • Reporting Skills: Ability to generate and interpret quality metrics and dashboards.
  • Communication: Clear and professional interaction with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Audit Support: Familiarity with documentation standards and audit readiness practices.
  • Define and Implement Quality Assurance Frameworks: Develop and implement quality frameworks across the financial cycle.
  • Set Performance Benchmarks: Establish performance benchmarks and KPIs for quality monitoring.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Reviews: Conduct regular reviews to assess process health and compliance.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Implement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee Audit Readiness: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal controls.
  • Manage Quality Teams: Lead and develop quality analysts to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, and compliance teams to achieve common goals.
  • Process Improvement: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to drive efficiency.
  • Automation & Transformation: Knowledge of digital tools and automation strategies for quality control.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  • Executive Reporting: Ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
