This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Financial Strategist who will oversee end-to-end accounting and financial operations across all three geographies.

The role demands a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis. While the position is permanent in nature, it will begin as a contractual role for a minimum of one year, with a planned transition to our payroll thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and oversee the overall accounting strategy and day-to-day finance operations.
  • Manage core accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Handle reconciliations related to capital assets, trust accounts, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to generate timely and accurate financial statements and reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CA / CMA / ICWA qualified with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE), or semi-qualified professionals with 8 - 9 years of relevant combined experience (including training).
  • Proven experience in overseeing accounting operations and managing general ledger processes across multiple entities.
  • Solid understanding of Income Tax and GST provisions, with practical application to day-to-day transactions.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently across teams and with leadership.
