Healthcare Lawyer

**About the Role**

HCL Group is seeking a skilled Legal Associate to join our team in the Healthcare Sector. As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal advisory services, managing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide management consultancy services by undertaking legal research, preparing legal documents, and reviewing agreements
• Advise the management and different departments on various legal compliances, licenses, and government requirements
• Draft, vet, and negotiate various legal service agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other documents
• Coordinate with advocates, conduct research work, and correspond with counsels and clients on legal matters
• Manage contract lifecycle, handle contracts independently, and ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in legal advisory services, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to evaluate and weigh all legal aspects and situations, and provide sound solutions
• Displays sharp legal and analytical mind
• Work closely with empanelled lawyers, follow up on litigation matters, and liaise with regulatory authorities and legal teams
