Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Three Across. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and technology contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and reviewing commercial and technology contracts, including software, data, and index licenses, proof of concept agreements, non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements, and more.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients and stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Providing expert legal advice on commercial and technology contracts, including software development agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, cloud service agreements, and sponsorship agreements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with c.7-12 years of relevant experience working in the legal sector.
  • Strong commercial and technology contracts experience.
  • Strong common law jurisdiction experience (English law or similar).
  • Fluent English language (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
