IT Service Management Professionals have a unique opportunity to lead the design, development and maintenance of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within our ServiceNow platform. As a senior ITSM professional, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure that the CMDB solutions meet business needs.This role is ideal for an experienced ITIL expert who has hands-on experience in leading CMDB projects and teams. You must have excellent knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices, as well as experience integrating CMDB with other IT service management processes and tools.We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation.   • Develop and maintain CMDB documentation, including data models, workflows and processes
  • Implement and enforce CMDB data standards, policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CMDB solutions meet business needs
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Strong ITIL knowledge and experience
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB
  • Leadership skills with ability to mentor junior team members
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Leverage your technical expertise to design, develop and implement effective CMDB solutions
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
