Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Brand Growth Strategist to join our Gritzo team.

The ideal candidate will possess 4-7 years of experience and be responsible for driving growth through product innovation, user-driven campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Brand Manager at Gritzo to lead key projects such as new product development, scale-up initiatives, and category management. The role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits.

Salary Details:

Estimated Annual Salary: ₹90 lakhs - ₹1.35 crores (approximate USD equivalent: $120,000 - $180,000)

Job Responsibilities:

P&L Ownership and Responsibility:

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability by achieving set targets.

New Product Development:

  • Ideate and collaborate on innovative products, from formulation to launch.

Scale Up Initiatives:

  • Partner with the Q-Com team to build growth levers across channels.

Category Management:

  • Oversight of sub-categories, whitespace mapping, and scale-up efforts.

User-Driven Campaigns:

  • Develop deep customer understanding using first-party data and D2C insights.
  • Create hypothesis-driven strategies for growth cohorts/channels.
  • Inform marketing messaging through attribution metrics and end-to-end life cycle funnels.

Cross-Brand Associations:

  • Identify and leverage partner networks for growth opportunities.

Daily Reports:

  • Analyze brand performance, identify growth opportunities, and track competition.
