Job Overview

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will be based in Pune, India and be a member of a collaborative product Security group. You will have the opportunity to learn product Security and work with global technical leadership teams for product Security for various business units located across the globe.

In this role, your responsibilities will include performing vulnerability analysis and penetration testing of Web / Thick client / Mobile applications used in critical infrastructure. Additionally, you will perform protocol fuzz testing of industrial communication protocols and provide appropriate mitigation actions for identified vulnerabilities to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Vulnerability Analysis and Penetration Testing
  • Protocol Fuzz Testing
  • Provide Mitigation Actions
  • Work with Development Team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess primary qualifications such as familiarity with different security pen test tools like Burp Suite, Kali Linux, DAST like App Scanner or similar other tools widely used for Penetration Test. You should also have a good understanding of security protocols (HTTPS, HSTS, TLS, SSH). Strong learning agility and commitment to learn are essential skills for this role.

Additionally, you should have good analytical skills and decision-making capabilities. Proven verbal and written communications are also necessary. Secondary qualifications such as knowledge of scripting language (TCL, Perl, Python, Shell etc.) for exploit development, familiar with OWASP Top10 and IEC62443 standard would be an added advantage.
