Product and Solution Security Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Product & Solution Security Specialist.
This challenging role involves working on international locomotive projects, collaborating with engineers from various disciplines.
Your primary responsibility will be to conduct the product and solution security process as a Cybersecurity / IT Security Expert.
You will also be responsible for specifying and maintaining security requirements, supporting the fulfillment of security standards and regulations, creating security architecture for locomotives or products, coordinating requirements from suppliers and customers with security experts, implementing concepts for securing and protecting locomotives, and providing technical support for the implementation of IT security.
In addition, you will develop software for diagnostics (as well as security functions), conduct security reviews, and harden critical components (secure hardening).

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and threat analysis, as well as proficiency with cybersecurity tools and technologies used for monitoring, detection, and incident response.
Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and regulations such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, etc. is also essential.
A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
2-4 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, preferably in the transportation or industrial control systems (ICS) sectors, is also required.
Experience with rolling stock systems or other transportation technologies is highly desirable.
A CISSP certification is also preferred.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
