We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this role.

About the Position:

  • To be a seasoned derivative lawyer with a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience working with leading financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with European, Asian, and US markets.
  • A strong understanding of corporate law and contract law principles.
  • Prior experience in drafting and negotiating international commercial contracts and agreements, specifically ISDA Master Agreement, Global Master Repurchase Agreement, Global Master Stock Lending Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, and Non-Disclosure Agreements.
  • Excellent collaboration and team management skills, self-motivated, ability to train colleagues on derivative documents.
  • A solid legal foundation.
  • In-depth knowledge of finance-based contracts, derivative business, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in negotiating derivative documents.
