Aloha ABA is a dynamic product organization based in the United States, specializing in cloud-based practice management software solutions for healthcare providers.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Engineering Manager to contribute to technology advancement through designing, developing and deploying web-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, document, and maintain application features using C#amp;.Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs and React Native.
  • Pitch ideas and test new approaches.
  • Manage full life cycle of supported applications and ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes.
  • Support application outages and resolve escalated incidents using sound incident management practices.
  • Analyse business requirements, processes, data and system integration points to determine/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Collaborating with other development teams for integration and deployment.
  • Write and deliver complex code and modules to meet requirements, functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, code, test, debug and implement high quality software.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of architecting and developing integration projects using web services, experience working in Agile Scrum environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
