Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow the Applications Engineering team to deliver advanced DFT solutions across India.
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to increase market presence and customer success.
  • Serve as a senior technical leader and trusted advisor ensuring DFT offerings align with customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in DFT, Synthesis, or other front-end digital design technologies.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex technical projects.
  • Strong project management skills including risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.
