Senior Apache Kafka Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Apache Kafka Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing large-scale Apache Kafka clusters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Kafka Administration: Proven expertise in installing, configuring, and managing Apache Kafka clusters, including brokers, topics, ACLs, schema registry, connectors, and control center.
  • Big Data & Hadoop Ecosystem: Strong understanding of Big Data technologies and the Hadoop ecosystem, including Apache Spark, Apache Flink, and NoSQL databases.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or GitOps.
  • CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI.
  • Monitoring Tools: Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
  • Atlassian Stack: Experience with the Atlassian stack, including JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
