Leading Big Data Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Big Data Developer.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hands-on Big Data development, including coding, testing, and deploying solutions.
- Design and implement efficient ETL processes using various data integration strategies.
- Develop scalable data pipelines utilizing Hadoop, Spark, Hive, and Kafka.
- Collaborate with junior engineers to share knowledge on object-oriented development best practices.
- Mentor less experienced team members in technical skills and project execution.
- Contribute to the growth of the organization by documenting technical approaches and workflows.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional experience in Big Data development and engineering.
- Expertise in Hadoop, Hive, HDFS, Apache Spark, and Kafka.
- Strong SQL skills with experience working with large datasets.
- Practical experience designing, installing, configuring, and supporting Big Data clusters.
- Proven track record mentoring or supporting junior engineers in a team setting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications in Big Data technologies.
- Experience with cloud Big Data platforms.
- Exposure to Agile or DevOps practices in Big Data project environments.
