Financial Associate Role

A financial associate is required to manage the company's financial records, including journal entries, payments, receipts, and bank transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books.
  • Perform monthly bank and vendor reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS returns.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closure activities.
  • Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, budget vs actuals, and cash flow analysis.

Expected Deliverables:

  • Develop the ability to complete financial tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Identify areas in accounting operations that can be streamlined or improved.
  • Take initiative in financial operations and contribute actively to improving internal processes and controls.

Requirements:

  • Manage accounting entries and daily bookkeeping in Zoho Books.
  • Ensure timely GST and TDS filings.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly reconciliations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders including vendors, banks, and auditors.
  • Support compliance, documentation, and financial record-keeping.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting and has at least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive.
