As a Sales Expert, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will engage with customers, provide them with personalized guidance, and support them in finding the perfect products to match their style and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge to offer expert advice to customers.
- Collaborate with your team to create a seamless customer journey, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store environment, ensuring that products are displayed effectively and customers can easily find what they need.
- Participate in opening and closing procedures, ensuring that the store is secure and ready for business.
- Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions, building strong relationships and driving sales.
