Job Title: Process Automation Enablement Specialist
Job Description:
- Develop and execute enablement programs for process system integrators to grow and exceed the growth target of automation solutions.
- Collaborate with regional and sub-regional engineering teams to understand and determine system integrator partners' current strengths and maturity levels, assess capability gaps in automation, and identify enablement needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 12+ years of technical job experience preferably in process automation industry in driving specification work and understanding ecosystem partner networks.
- Basic to moderate knowledge of the latest market trends in advanced technologies - Cyber, Digital, Manufacturing Execution Systems.
- Exposure to Service contracts role.
