Automation Testing Lead

We are seeking a seasoned automation testing expert to join our global teams.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maturing the automation strategy on product-centric delivery using best practices and techniques.
  • S/he will take full responsibility for the planning and management of quality engineering activities within complex IT programs, product-centric delivery teams, combining effort with IT staff and users and evaluating risk potential based on the results of the testing during all stages of development in line with the approved lifecycles and the Quality Gate process.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain good knowledge of, advise on, and justify testing processes. Advise on, define, and justify internal and external standards, methods, and procedures for general testing applicability. Advise on internal test programs.
  • Candidate must have strong testing experience demonstrating complex IT systems.
  • Candidate must be well-versed in API/Microservice-led testing strategy.
  • Exposure to source control tools such as Teamcity/GIT/Bitbucket is required.
  • Experience of implementing automation into projects is essential.
The Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing is required.
  • Relevant experience should not be less than 3 years.
  • Experience in Playwright using TYPESCRIPT/JAVASCRIPT is preferred.
  • Corporate, Industry, and Professional Testing and IT Standards (ISTQB / ISEB Foundation - minimum) is a plus.
