Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with creative expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in managing social media channels, creating compelling content, and driving engagement through various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
- Create high-quality, engaging content tailored for different social media platforms.
- Design eye-catching graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Edit videos for promotional content and social media advertisements.
- Conduct research on current trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign success and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools.
- Strong writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
