Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Role Summary:

Diageo is seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect to join its Security & Network Enterprise Architecture team. This pivotal role involves shaping the future of Identity Management across the organization, including external partners, customers, and consumers. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to contribute to the broader cybersecurity strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic architecture for IAM and cybersecurity, aligning with business goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define Diageo's vision and capabilities in these areas, developing a 3-5 year roadmap.
  • Design target and interim architectures, assess current capabilities, and guide technology selection for future needs.
  • Ensure alignment among stakeholders to guarantee that all initiatives align with the overall architecture strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience, minimum 5 years as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, with expertise in capability models, reference architecture, and technology roadmaps.
  • Deep knowledge of IAM principles and frameworks, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, and B2B/B2C Identity & Access Management.
  • Experience with cybersecurity best practices and frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF), risk management, and security concepts.
  • Enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relevant IAM and security solutions and technologies.
  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments is a plus.
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA) are a plus.

  • Fantastic communicator, able to articulate and sell strategies to senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver integrated Business-IT strategies, establishing trust among stakeholders.

  • Executive sponsor and senior business leadership team collaboration experience.
  • Technical solution documentation skills.
