We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Cyber Security program. This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary leader to make a meaningful impact and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale cybersecurity projects, leading high-performing teams, and driving strategic initiatives. They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies aligned with industry standards and best practices
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and operate secure infrastructure solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving security needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats, technologies, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of delivering complex cybersecurity projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong technical expertise in security operations center (SOC) solutions, including SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, log management, and incident response
  • Experience working with cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid SOC architectures
  • Knowledge of endpoint security, threat hunting, attack simulations, and OT/IoT security

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP, CISM, or CCSP certification
  • Experience with automation tools and advanced analytics
  • Knowledge of industry frameworks such as NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and ISO 27001
