As a Cybersecurity Professional, your primary objective is to safeguard sensitive information and bolster the organization's security posture.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and implement enhancement measures to strengthen the security posture by analyzing and rectifying specific areas of improvement.
- Deliver customer-centric cybersecurity services through proactive monitoring and safeguarding of log sources and security access.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery plans in response to potential security breaches, while continuously monitoring for attacks, intrusions, and unusual activity.
- Conduct moderately complex log reviews and forensic analysis to detect unauthorized or unacceptable access to data or systems.
- Perform comprehensive security assessments, risk analysis, and root cause analysis of security incidents.
- Escalate and resolve security-related incidents received from the L1 team in rotational shifts.
- Utilize advanced analytics tools to identify emerging threat patterns and vulnerabilities.
- Customer Centricity: Timely provision of security breach solutions to end users, internal stakeholders, and external customers.
- Process Adherence: Maintain adherence to SLAs with a 90-95% response and resolution time TAT.
