We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Lead to join our team at Wati. As a leader in the CPaaS industry, we offer innovative business messaging solutions for SMBs and large enterprises. Our mission is to simplify business communication, starting with WhatsApp.

In this role, you will play a leading part on a lean team as one of the first few hires of the Partners team. You will be responsible for driving the business to accelerate growth across all markets and have our product distributed to thousands of businesses globally.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a Scalable Partner Program: Build a scalable partner program and go-to-market strategy.
  2. Drive Revenue Growth: Drive partner revenue growth through collaboration with key partners.
  3. Create a Comprehensive Partner Framework: Establish a comprehensive partner framework focused on acquisition, enablement, expansion, support, and continuous training.
  4. Optimize Partner Processes: Develop and refine partner processes and tools, ensuring ongoing improvements.

You will be a partner champion in the organization, acting as an advocate for partnerships within the company. You will also develop a cohesive partner strategy that integrates processes, content, and data with various stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product/Engineering).

This role involves building and leading a high-performing, world-class partner management team. You will oversee P&L and budget management for the partnership function, as well as recruit, coach, and mentor partner managers to foster a culture of excellence.
