A job opening exists for a highly skilled professional to oversee demand generation initiatives across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies for enterprise and mid-market clients in target regions.
  • Manage Aereo's webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google ads, events, and SEO-driven inbound tactics, as well as account-based marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to launch impactful campaigns aligned with buyer personas and decision-making journeys.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as marketing qualified leads (MQLs), sales qualified leads (SQLs), customer acquisition cost (CAC), funnel conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Ongoing campaign optimization through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights.
  • Oversee the use and effectiveness of CRM, marketing automation, and website performance tools.
  • Support regional growth initiatives in international markets, including GCC, Brazil, and Australia, through targeted demand gen strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services.
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google ads, events, and inbound strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools.
  • Exposure to international markets, including GCC, Brazil, and Australia, is a plus.
