The Role

As a Digital Media Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Acquisition: Identifying and prospecting potential clients or businesses interested in advertising or utilizing media services
  • Sales Presentations: Conducting sales pitches, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of media products or services
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with clients to secure sales and meet revenue targets
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing excellent customer service
  • Market Research: Staying updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor analysis to tailor sales strategies effectively
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, sales reports, and documentation of client interactions and sales activities

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualifications Education: A bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Sales Experience: Fresher's are welcome. Relevant experience in sales, particularly in media sales, advertising sales, or field sales roles
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with media platforms, advertising techniques, and market trends within the media and advertising industry
  • Key Attributes: Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills to effectively sell media services or advertising space
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Target-Driven: Results-oriented mindset, ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and revenue goals
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client demands, and industry trends
  • Networking Abilities: Good networking skills to establish connections and expand the client base within the industry
