About the Role

This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious professional to take on a challenging and rewarding position. As a Content Development Executive, you will be responsible for creating high-quality training content for finance programs designed for clients.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing Financial & Business Skills program content, creating pre, post, and other assessments to evaluate training effectiveness, maintaining and updating content repositories, and updating Learning Management Systems (LMS) with content.

You will also review team members' and freelance developers' content, support proposal design and creation for B2B clients, coordinate with graphic designers to format content in required templates, organize meetings and deliver 'train the trainer' sessions for internal trainers and freelancers, facilitate client support by communicating issues timely and properly within the organization, support trainers, including freelancers, to prepare for assigned trainings, and act with integrity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop financial and business skills program content.
  • Create pre, post, and other assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update content repositories.
  • Update Learning Management Systems (LMS) with content.
  • Review team members' and freelance developers' content.
  • Support proposal design and creation for B2B clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or economics.
  • Professional certifications in finance or related fields.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
