Job Title: Customer Retention Strategist

About the Role

VidaXL is seeking a seasoned customer retention strategist to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience department, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to improve the overall customer lifecycle experience.
  • Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and churn trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and proactive customer engagement.
  • Design interventions to address customer pain points and develop tailored action plans to address their needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of 2-3 years in customer retention, customer experience, or a related role.
  • A project management background in CX is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting customer data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle escalations effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to develop innovative retention strategies.
