Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Sales Representatives and Sales Officers to meet their targets.
  • Analyze market trends and identify potential areas for business growth.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors to enhance business prospects.
  • Provide coaching and support to the sales team to ensure they meet their targets.
  • Conduct rural coverage of van sales activity and supervise the Van Sales Executive to drive rural expansion objectives.
  • Support sales and operations planning, including sales forecasting, target planning, and executing marketing initiatives.
  • Expedite retailer/distributor claims through liaison with the commercial team.
  • Collate data and prepare reports to track sales parameters.
  • Maintain high standards of integrity and ethics within the team and trade partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Two-wheeler license and own laptop.
  • Good knowledge of advanced Excel.
