If you have previous high-growth startup experience, leadership skills, and a talent for developing strategies that deliver tangible results, we want to hear from you Position: Growth Manager Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh (Relocation assistance available) Salary Package: ₹6 - 10 LPA + ESOPs Joining: Immediate Role Overview As our Growth Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing & Executing Growth Strategies : Oversee online and offline lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales growth strategies. Managing Cross-Functional Teams : Lead teams in sales, customer service, call center, and CRM, ensuring smooth coordination and delivery. CRM & Analytics Oversight : Allocate leads across departments, track conversions, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency. Market Expansion : Strategize and execute plans to expand V Wholesales presence in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. This role reports directly to the Founder and offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on our growth trajectory.
