We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager - Accounts.


Job Summary: The Manager - Accounts will be responsible for complete accounting of all transactions, the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all accounting principles and regulations. This role involves managing the accounting team, preparing financial reports, and implementing effective financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger.
  • Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information.
  • Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Liaise with auditors and manage audit processes.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
  • Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures.
  • Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment activities.
  • Provide financial analysis and decision support to management.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise the accounting team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA Inter Passed in single attempt).
  • Proven experience as a Manager - Accounts or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Proficiency in accounting software like Tally Prime and MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
