Effective Workforce Strategist

The primary objective of this role is to provide effective workforce management at our facilities.
To achieve this goal, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating workforce planning and organizational structuring at facilities.
- Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to fulfill vacancies.
- Ensuring new employees are effectively inducted and integrated into their functions.
- Overseeing and maintaining secure employee records at facilities.
- Compliance with various legislations at facilities and corporate office will be part of the role.
- Building sound knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements from an HR point of view.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in human resources or a related field.
- At least 12 to 15 years of experience in plant HR activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in software applications such as Success Factors.
