Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Urban Planner to join our team. As an Urban Designer, you will play a key role in creating innovative and sustainable urban spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Conduct research on planning trends, policies, legislation, and market conditions to support project development.
  • Site Assessments: Gather essential information to support planning proposals.
  • Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Qualification in Urban Planning/ Architecture/ Geography or similar field.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a multi-disciplinary design environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Planning Best Practice: Good knowledge of current planning best practice and sustainable development.
  • Design Tools: Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Prior Work Experience: Prior experience in urban planning/ property sector.
  • Ai Software: Ability to work with Midjourney/ other AI software.
  • Autodesk Products: Proficiency in Autodesk products including Civil3d and AutoCAD.
