Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Lead to oversee the successful execution of our civil engineering projects.

As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in leading construction teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.

The successful candidate will also have a deep understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

\

Responsibilities:

  • Lead construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget;\
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively;\
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies;\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering and operations;\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes and industry standards;\
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary;\
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders;\
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members.\

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction management or a related field;\
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget;\
  • Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices;\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.\
