We are seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead the development and implementation of security controls, procedures, and protocols across our organization.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations, including ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and others as applicable.
  • This role will also involve conducting internal reviews of security practices, identifying gaps or vulnerabilities, and ensuring timely remediation.
  • In addition, the Cybersecurity Project Lead will review, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to maintain a robust security posture.
  • This position requires strong communication skills to explain our security protocols to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
  • The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of information security principles, technologies, and best practices, as well as experience in enterprise IT environments, cloud services, and BPO operational models.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in information security, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards.
  • Experience communicating technical security concepts to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

Technical Skills:

  • Deep understanding of information security principles, technologies, and best practices (e.g., access control, network security, data encryption, incident response).
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, cloud services, and BPO operational models.
  • Knowledge of U.S. security standards and regulatory requirements.
