We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Test Engineer/Lead to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in performance testing to lead our team's efforts in delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, execute, and report on performance test plans and scripts using tools like JMeter, Blazemeter, and Load RoadRunner/Stormrunner.
  • Collaborate with project teams and developers to identify and resolve performance issues.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering from diverse stakeholders and define performance SLAs, requirements, and expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing.

Requirements:

  • 5-9 years of experience in performance testing with a focus on tooling like Jmeter, Blazemeter, and Load RoadRunner/Stormrunner.
  • Experience working with relational & NoSQL databases and query tools.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure components hosted on Azure and leveraging K8 clusters.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities effectively.
