Role : Senior Performance Tester

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 5-8 years in performance testing, ideally within SaaS environments

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and execute performance and load tests to validate system scalability and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks , scripts, and tools.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks , ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to align performance testing with system architecture.
  • Use tools like Grafana , Prometheus , JMeter , and LoadRunner for monitoring and reporting.

Required Skills :

  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in performance testing (preferably in SaaS environments ).
  • Proficiency with tools like JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner , or BlazeMeter .
  • Strong knowledge of Java or Python and experience with PostgreSQL .
  • Familiarity with CI/CD , Kubernetes , Docker , and performance monitoring tools like Grafana and Prometheus .
