Senior Social Media Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the social media presence of Astro Arun Pandit across all platforms, with a focus on growth, branding, and reach.

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading social media efforts for high-growth consumer brands. The successful candidate will have expertise in paid and organic integration, as well as analytical and creative skills to drive measurable revenue via social channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive brand visibility, community reach, and revenue growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to architect 90-day growth roadmaps: revenue goals, follower milestones, brand positioning, and campaign calendars
  • Create engaging content and viral campaigns tied to astrology, spirituality, and cultural moments
  • Design and implement performance-driven funnels from social → landing pages → conversions
  • Analyze core KPIs: reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, LTV from social channels
  • Mentor designers, editors, copywriters, influencers, and agencies to achieve shared objectives

  • 5–8 years leading social media for high-growth consumer brands with significant revenue growth
  • A strong track record of growing accounts 100k → 1M+ or driving multi-crore revenue via social
  • Paid + organic integration expertise (ads, influencer collabs, affiliate tie-ins) with analytical and creative skills
  • Strong storytelling, positioning, and community engagement abilities
  • Proven experience in team building and agency management
