Key Role:

The Technical Business Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting critical business operations across process improvement, data platform engineering and automation, cost management, and infrastructure operations.

This position contributes to the customer's strategic vision of expanding EDP data entitlement. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Data analysis and business intelligence with advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for complex data analysis and automation
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform and FinOps practices
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI, Quicksight, or similar)
  • Understanding of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization principles

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
