Job Title: Strategic Solutions Analyst

Job Description

As a seasoned business professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic analysis and technical solutions. Your primary goal will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.

You will lead the analysis of current systems, processes, and data flows to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. This will involve gathering and documenting complex business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, and collaborating with development teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research into industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to develop optimal solution designs.
  • Creating detailed technical documentation, process flows, data requirements, user stories, and other artifacts to support project delivery.
  • Tracking and tracing action items, clearing blockers, developing test scenarios, and supporting user acceptance testing activities.

Required skills and qualifications:

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with technical product implementation.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into robust technical designs.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and common development methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to create clear documentation, process flows, wireframes, and other required artifacts.
  • Experience with requirements management and defect tracking tools.
