As a highly accomplished Senior Program Manager, you will drive business outcomes by successfully managing a portfolio of strategic programs. You will collaborate with product leaders and stakeholders to develop program strategy and roadmap, and manage expectations.

You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will cultivate a mindset of rigorous planning & prioritizing, identifying and mitigating risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact program scope, timelines and quality.

">

You will conduct regular cadence with various program teams to review progress, discuss challenges, and provide guidance and support. You will drive dependencies with teams across multiple business units at various levels, maintaining clear team backlogs and governance dashboards.

">

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on program strategy, execution, and risk management. You will foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating collaboration, risk management and alignment on program goals and priorities.

">

Minimum qualifications include:

">

1. BE/B-Tech and MBA

">

2. 12+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years as a Program Manager in Product organization having an Agile delivery & execution environment.

">

3. Exceptional leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced product development environment.

">

4. Certification in PgMP, SAFe, CSM/PSM or PMP.

">

5. Excellent hands-on knowledge of PMI Program Management principles, Agile ways of working (WoW), Scrum framework, and one or more Agile project management tools.

">

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

">
