Role Summary

We seek a skilled Service Desk Analyst to provide timely and effective technical support to internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer high-quality assistance through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, and web portal.
  • Manage incidents using established tools and software.
  • Assign tasks to engineers and ensure efficient resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of warranty calls and services provided.
  • Generate daily reports on open calls, summary, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Evaluate engineer performance across locations and submit regular progress updates.
  • Analyze service delivery from AMC partners and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Draft and share meeting minutes to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
