Process Training Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Process Training Manager to lead our international voice process. The successful candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with a minimum of one year experience as a Training Manager or Deputy Manager Training in an international BPO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training plans that address specific needs and expectations.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions to ensure new team members understand company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in training and development.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. A keen understanding of training methodologies and technologies is also essential, including traditional and modern training methods such as mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
