As a Process Associate at our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting the procurement team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for reviewing purchase requisitions and creating POs according to standard operating procedures.
  • You will update Vendor Master Records and set up new vendors in the system.
  • You will follow up with vendors via email and phone to obtain Purchase Order Acknowledgements.
  • You will ensure timely delivery of goods by coordinating with client sites and vendors for purchase order-related issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, or Science is required.
  • You should have strong communication skills with excellent written skills.
  • You should have knowledge of purchasing processes and MS-Office suite.
  • You should be a team player with high motivation, positive attitude, and flexibility.
