Deal Value Creation Services Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Deal Value Creation Services Expert. This role is focused on enhancing the value of businesses through strategic levers such as mergers and acquisitions, growth enhancement, capability development, and operational cost reduction.

Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) are critical strategic drivers for business value creation. As companies navigate an increasingly complex and competitive market, it's essential to have a deeper understanding of deal dynamics and its impact on client business models.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering post-merger integration, carve-out, and operational assessment projects. They will interact with leadership and CXOs at clients during project delivery, manage multiple stakeholders in client teams, and drive business development and practice management initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing complex models in Excel and creating executive-level presentations. Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills, and Power BI expertise are also essential.

Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, good verbal and written communication, and the ability to build collaborative working relationships at all levels. Self-starters with strong decision-making and stakeholder management skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver post-merger integration, carve-out, and operational assessment projects
  • Interact with leadership/CXOs at clients during project delivery
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in client teams
  • Drive business development and practice management initiatives
  • Develop complex models in Excel and create executive-level presentations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in operational due diligence and transformation
  • Qualification: CA/MBA
  • Experience in planning and implementation of integration/separations of various front office and back office functions
  • Strong project management engagement skills and PMO experience
  • Ability to understand complex deal situations and their implications on client business models
